1. The service
PlayJigsaw provides online jigsaw puzzles, daily puzzle boards, optional account features, local progress storage, user uploads, and curated puzzle collections. Some features may be experimental, change over time, or be available only on certain platforms.
2. Accounts and guest play
You can use parts of PlayJigsaw as a guest. Guest progress may be stored only on your device and can be lost if browser storage is cleared. If you create or connect an account, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through it.
3. User uploads
You may upload images to create personal puzzles. You must own the image or have permission to use it. Do not upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Uploaded images may be processed so the puzzle can be displayed and saved.
You keep your rights to images you upload. You give PlayJigsaw a limited license to host, process, display, and store those images only as needed to provide the puzzle features you use.
4. Curated and AI-assisted images
PlayJigsaw may include original AI-assisted artwork, manually created assets, public-domain style artwork, licensed media, or other curated image sources. We review public catalog images for puzzle quality and avoid publishing images that appear to contain trademarks, readable brand text, watermarks, or unsafe content.

5. Ads, app stores, and third-party services
PlayJigsaw may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, crash reporting, advertising, and app distribution. If ads are shown, we expect them to follow applicable Google AdSense, Google AdMob, Google Play, Apple App Store, and local consent requirements. You must not create invalid ad activity, automate ad impressions, misrepresent traffic, or interfere with ad measurement.
If PlayJigsaw is distributed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, those stores may apply their own terms, billing rules, refund processes, subscription controls, and platform requirements. Store terms do not replace these Terms, but they may control app-store-specific matters.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service;
- use PlayJigsaw to distribute malware, spam, scams, or unlawful content;
- attempt to access accounts, files, or systems that are not yours;
- fake leaderboard activity, solve data, ad activity, or analytics events;
- remove copyright, attribution, or safety notices where they apply.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
PlayJigsaw is provided as a casual puzzle service. We try to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PlayJigsaw is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service, law, app store requirements, or advertising rules change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
